Role
As an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficiency in the Operations and Customer Care teams. The Operations Coordinator supports the manager and employees through a variety of tasks related to analyzing data and identifying process improvements. In this role, you will create and track documentation, initiate meetings, troubleshoot, assist with report creation, and project management. You will be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all operational duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Create and track documentation
• Initiate and participate in departmental meetings
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend resolutions
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
• Maintain computer system and manual filing system
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Special operational projects
• Identify, track, and document process improvements
• Resolve operational issues
• Analyze data and make recommendations

Requirements
• Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently
• Associate degree required; Bachelors preferred
• 2+ years of relevant operational experience
