Christine Skatchke

Christine brings a wealth of expertise and leadership capability to IRALOGIX, as well as the ability to drive operational efficiency, technology, and product management enhancements across the industry.

Her leadership abilities, organizational skills, proficiency in business analysis, and commitment to excellence are rooted in hands-on experience throughout a stellar career. Prior to joining IRALOGIX, she held senior positions at Wells Fargo, KPMG, William Mercer, and Watson Wyatt. In these positions, she helped to develop record keeping and defined benefit administration systems, resulting in cost efficiencies and greatly reduced risk. Christine is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.

PAMELA O’ROURKE

Pam, the visionary and founding principal behind Integrated Retirement’s consulting approach, has been an ERISA attorney influencing the retirement plan industry for more than 20 years.

Prior to joining Integrated Retirement, Pam held positions as Sr. VP of ERISA Compliance and Sr. ERISA Counsel with BISYS (now Ascensus), as well as various positions, including VP and General Counsel, at Universal Pensions, Inc. (UPI).  She has been a highly sought-after speaker at industry conferences and has designed curriculum for retirement industry certification programs for both TPAs and financial advisors as well as developed custom in-house professional development programs for a broad spectrum of financial organizations. Pam is an active board member and leadership volunteer for several nonprofit organizations.

MADISON LITTLEJOHN

Madison is devoted to supporting Integrated Retirement clients, including fulfillment of engagement requirements and delivery of content and training projects, as well as managing corporate client relationships for IRALOGIX.

She has been active in the retirement and financial services industry for more than five years. Madison began her retirement industry career working with Retirement Benefits Group, a large national RIA specializing in qualified retirement plans, as a client relationship manager. Following Retirement Benefits Group, Madison served as a customer care associate with IRALOGIX before moving into relationship management. Madison holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in corporate finance.

Anissa Langhorst

Anissa has been writing and consulting on retirement plans and IRAs since EGTRRA to meet the business and compliance needs of various players in the retirement plan and IRA industry.  She and her team of attorneys, writers, and instructors consult with a broad spectrum of financial institution clients regarding industry developments and business initiatives to ensure that Integrated Retirement’s solutions are tailored to fit each client’s strategic goals. She balances technical information with practical solutions in drafting content and developing customized training and eLearning curriculum. Prior to joining Integrated Retirement in 2012, Anissa grew her retirement industry career from account representative to consultant, writer, editor, and manager with Universal Pensions, Inc./BISYS/Ascensus.

JAYNE FAHLEN

Jayne has successfully spearheaded business development for Integrated Retirement for more than 12 years and has been matching solutions to clients in the retirement plan industry for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Integrated Retirement, Jayne flourished in numerous evolving roles, including client relations representative, major account coordinator, internal sales manager, sales director, and vice president of business development. She has received several sales achievement, customer service, and Excellence in Leadership awards from companies such as Ascensus (f/k/a Universal Pensions, Inc. (UPI), BISYS), RolloverSystems, Inc., Goldleaf Partners, and Millennium Trust Company.

DAVID BERNARD

Dave is a proven leader with a long history of success in founding and leading business initiatives within the retirement and investment management industry.

His 25 years of executive leadership range from founding and building several business initiatives for Charles Schwab, DLJ, Credit Suisse and Bank of Montreal’s Harris Direct, to leading national expansion efforts for Oppenheimer Funds and Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. Prior to joining IRALOGIX, Dave was instrumental in leading GuidedChoice to the forefront of the retirement focused advice and managed account industry.

JOE HIPSKY

Joe is an experienced leader and business builder with an affinity for driving innovation. He oversees product-market fit and corporate development initiatives

Prior to co-founding IRALOGIX, he spent more than 15 years developing growth strategies and bringing products to market for early stage technology firms as well as large financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Joe also sits on several advisory boards for emerging technology companies and is a contributing member of the Forbes Business Council.

PETE LITTLEJOHN

Pete has an extensive and successful background in building retirement and financial services businesses where he now leads the growth and customer service aspects of our company.

Over his 35 years, he specialized on the retirement side of the industry where he led the growth strategies for such firms as Cigna Retirement and Investments, Strong Capital Retirement, Wells Fargo Retirement and Trust as well as Waddell & Reed and Ivy Funds.  It was his observations that the retirement industry and the wealth industry were leaving the average retirement saver behind. The drive to find a better solution led Pete to co-found IRALOGIX.

LOWELL SMITH

Lowell is a nationally recognized expert on retirement financial services with proven experience in creating, leading and running innovative, technology focused organizations that changed the retirement services landscape.

Lowell’s over 37 years of experience spans working for the ERISA enforcement agency in U.S. Department of Labor’s (EBSA), creating a TPA compliance practice and overseeing, consulting on products, procedures and technology for clients of Universal Pensions, now Ascensus, conducting market research for clients of what is now Broadridge Financial, and as a founding executive was actively involved in creating the initial business and technology plans for Invesmart (now owned by The Standard) and created the first online retirement plan design tool.  Lowell is a published author and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Prior to the founding of IRALOGIX, Lowell founded and ran Inspira, now owned by Millennium Trust Company.
